[CabIncidentMetrics].[CabExpirationDate] - The time when the cab will expire and be no longer available for download. Not available on new architecture but is 30 days after CabDate
[CabIncidentMetrics].[CabId] CabId The hash string associated with the cab.
[CabIncidentMetrics].[CabIngestDate] CabIngestDate The date that the cab was added to this API. Use this column to query new cabs

[Cabs].[CabType] CabType The type of cab file (e.g. Heap, Mini, Kernel, Full),
